Join the Social Justice Committee in the Cottage at noon on the first Sunday of each month. Our next meeting is Sunday, June 6.

Donation bins for non-perishable food items to benefit the MLK Center, children and teen underwear to benefit the Underneath it All, We're all the Same campaign, and women's/children's toiletries to benefit a domestic violence shelter.
Social Justice Film screenings
"Ethical Eating" which is a Congregational Study/Action Issue (CSAI) of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations.

The weekly vigil protesting the US Occupation in Iraq will take place on Fri. from 4:30-5:30 pm in front of the Federal Building, North and Pennsylvania, sponsored by the Indianapolis Peace and Justice Center. Bring an appropriate sign or have one provided.
Department of Peace:
Work for establishing a U.S. Department of Peace. From the Peace Alliance website: [A]ugment our current problem-solving options, prove practical, nonviolent solutions to the problems of domestic and international conflict.
